Following our fantastic Live Webinar with guest speaker @dynamicshoulders, this week’s Office Call was centred around two key areas to elevate your coaching game:

- Client Retention Strategies: We discussed how to build strong relationships, set clear goals, and conduct regular progress reviews to keep clients engaged and committed.

- Meeting Clients Where They Are: We discussed techniques to assess individual needs and adapt communication styles, ensuring personalised and effective coaching for each client.

Our coaches are continuing to use our dedicated WhatsApp Support Group - a space where you can seek advice, share insights, and connect with fellow practitioners. The group is designed to build a supportive community that fosters growth and learning.

Today, we celebrate 6 incredible years of The Movement Blueprint!

This milestone is testament to the amazing community that has grown with us. Our mission has always been to empower individuals to achieve more than they thought possible, and together, we’ve achieved some remarkable feats.

Over the years, we’ve refined our offering to now include four industry-leading coaching programmes; 1-1 Bespoke, TRAIN, Strong Runners Blueprint, and The HYROX Blueprint. Each programme is designed to cater to diverse fitness goals, ensuring personalised and effective training solutions for all our members.

In 2024, we launched the MBP Coaches Education Hub - a resource-packed platform dedicated to helping fitness coaches thrive in their careers. Providing comprehensive education and support, we continue to contribute to elevating coaching standards across the industry.

Our team remains committed to leading by example, continually pushing boundaries to inspire and guide our community. Your dedication fuels our passion and drives us to evolve continually, providing the best training programmes and resources out there.

As we look ahead, we’re hugely excited to keep building this community, pushing boundaries, and setting new standards in fitness, education and online coaching.

Last week Coach Ben took on the Buffalo Stampede S

Last week Coach Ben took on the Buffalo Stampede Sky Marathon; a 43km race with +1655m elevation and -2655m descent in the Australian mountains⛰️

Back in the mix after a period of injury and despite most of his training being on the 🚴🏽‍♂️, Ben placed an epic 17/655 and smashed the race!

Ben leads by example, inspiring the MBP running community with every step. His commitment to his practice and expertise through experience is a huge reason as to why he sees such phenomenal success with his clients.

Another race under his belt, and a huge step forward in pursuing a big year of racing in Europe🔥
