After 3 months on the MBP Coaches Education Hub you will:
– Have an extensive new toolbox of coaching systems – from onboarding to programming, testing to solving injuries – and a forward-thinking training model to elevate your client experience
– Have a full understanding of how to screen your client through creating effective movement assessments, as well as how to interpret findings
– Have a full understanding of our 3-phase warm up model
– Have a full understanding of how to solve common issues with clients and proactively navigate these problems with confidence, as well as how to progress/regress movements to suit the client in front of you
– Have confidence and understanding of how to train around injuries whilst developing pathways back to performance, including but not limited to back pain, knee pain and shoulder pain
– Have confidence and understanding of how to programme runners
– Have confidence and understanding of how to deliver periodised programmes for gen pop clients
– Have greater understanding of functional anatomy, how this relates to both programme design and exercise selection, and how to set clients up for success across all areas of training and fitness
